The Share button is available on most pages in WISdom. It gives you a quick way to send a direct link to the current page, useful for pulling a colleague into a specific view, escalating an issue, or referencing a screen in a support conversation.
How to Share
- Click the Share button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Choose how you want to share the link:
| Option | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Copy Link | Copies the URL of the current page to your clipboard. Paste it anywhere — a chat message, email, or ticket. |
| Email Link | Opens your default email application with the subject line pre-filled and the link included in the body. |
Email Option
When you select Email Link, your operating system will ask which application to use to send the email. Once opened, the email will include:
- Subject:
WISdom link – quick look when you have a sec - Body: A direct link to the current WISdom page
You can edit the subject or body before sending.
Recipient Access
The recipient must have an active WISdom account to open the link. Unauthenticated users will be directed to the login screen.
