🛠️ General Support Requests

When submitting a general issue, please include:

  • Subject Line: A brief summary of the issue.
  • Description: A detailed explanation of the problem, including any error messages or relevant context.
  • Screenshots or GIFs: Visuals that help illustrate the issue.
  • Expected vs. Actual Behavior: What you expected to happen vs. what actually occurred.
  • Environment Details:
    • Client Name
    • Module and screen where the issue occurred
    • User email (especially for login or permission issues)
    • Any filters used and the selected date/time range

🐞 Bug Reports

If you think you've found a bug, please include:

  • Subject Line: Brief description of the potential bug.
  • Description: Indicate this is a bug report and describe the issue, including any error messages.
  • Screenshots or GIFs: To help us visualize the problem.
  • Steps to Reproduce: A step-by-step guide so we can replicate the issue.
  • Expected vs. Actual Behavior: What you expected to happen vs. what occurred.
  • Environment Details:
    • Client Name
    • Module and screen where the bug appeared
    • User email (especially for login or permission issues)
    • Filters used and date/time range

💡 Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new feature? We’d love to hear it! Please include:

  • Subject Line: Brief summary of the feature request.
  • Feature Description: Clearly state this is a feature request and describe the feature, its purpose, and benefits.
  • Use Case: How would this feature be used? How would it improve your experience?
  • Priority Level: (Optional) Let us know how important this feature is to your workflow.
