Subscription

The Subscription screen displays information regarding your Fortified WISdom subscription. None of the data displayed in the Subscription Plan Details card is user-defined.

Subscription

The following information is available:

  • Plan Type displays your current subscription plan.
    • Your plan defines features, data retention, and other capabilities. For details on the current plan and what it includes, see Fortified WISdom pricing.
  • Active Licenses displays the current number of licenses in use.
    • Only active connections consume a license. To reclaim a license, delete or set the Data Collector to Unassigned in Collection - Resources
  • Licensed Count displays the total number of licenses available to your account.
    • Note for MSP customers: for child accounts, this will be the same as active licenses. See your parent account for this information.
  • Service Start Date displays the date and time of the creation of the account.
  • Service End Date displays the expiration date for the active license.
    • Note that expiration pauses monitoring, but does not immediately erase any data.

The bottom of the screen has a button to send an email to our sales team to make any license requests or ask a question.
