🎯 Size and Row Count Filters, a Clearer Workload Compare, and Enterprise Admin Fixes - Planned for November 3, 2026
This release, planned for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, adds size filters to Infrastructure › Databases and Infrastructure › Tables, so you can isolate your largest databases and tables in a few clicks. Workload Compare will label and color each side of a comparison as Baseline or Comparison, so you always know which period you are reading. It also delivers an overhauled WISdom Advisor engine, adds WMI-based performance collection for hosts, and fixes issues in Enterprise Admin Account Management. A planned client component upgrade is scheduled for December 7.

⚖️ Workload Compare: Baseline and Comparison Clarity
Section titled “⚖️ Workload Compare: Baseline and Comparison Clarity”Activity › Workload Compare now makes it obvious which side of a comparison you are looking at.
- Baseline and Comparison labels - each side is named Baseline or Comparison and has its own color, so you can tell the two periods apart at a glance.
- Configuration grid defaults - the configuration grid now shows 10 records by default (up from 5) and sorts by property.
Improvements to Existing Features
Section titled “Improvements to Existing Features”🧭 WISdom Advisor Engine Overhaul
Section titled “🧭 WISdom Advisor Engine Overhaul”The WISdom Advisor engine has been overhauled and upgraded. You get better quality results from the questions you ask, and better answers to your follow-on questions.
📡 Data Collector Updates
Section titled “📡 Data Collector Updates”- WMI-based performance collection - data collectors can now collect host performance counters using WMI.
- Collector file standardization – Collector JSON files have been updated to ensure consistent formatting and structure.

Tips for Filtering
Section titled “Tips for Filtering”These capabilities are available now and answer two common requests. On most screens, the Tag drop-down sits next to Filters. Use either one alone, or use them together.
🏷️ Include or Exclude System Databases
Section titled “🏷️ Include or Exclude System Databases”We have improved the Is System Database tag. It is now included on most screens that have a database filter, and it works with your other filters so the totals you review stay accurate.
🏷️ Find Manually Added Hosts with the Auto-Discovered Resource Tag
Section titled “🏷️ Find Manually Added Hosts with the Auto-Discovered Resource Tag”On Admin Console › Collection › Resources, the Tag drop-down includes a system tag named Auto-Discovered Resource with a value of True or False. This tag is available on that screen only. True means WISdom found the resource automatically. For example, when you add a SQL Server instance, its host is discovered and added for you. False means someone added the resource to WISdom manually. A host you add yourself that does not run a database application has an Auto-Discovered Resource value of False.
To list every host that was added manually, including standalone hosts:
- Go to Admin Console › Collection › Resources.
- In the Tag drop-down, set Auto-Discovered Resource to False.
- In Filters, set Platform to Windows Server.
Bug Fixes
Section titled “Bug Fixes”🐞 Fixed: Account Management Export in Enterprise Admin
Section titled “🐞 Fixed: Account Management Export in Enterprise Admin”When you export the Account Management table from Enterprise Admin › Account Management, the Excel file now has the correct column headers for the resource health score, the data collector health counts, and the resource health collector counts. The healthy and unhealthy resource health counts are also populated. Previously, several of those column headers showed [object Object], and the resource health counts were blank.
🐞 Fixed: “Query Analysis” Row Action Label in Enterprise Admin
Section titled “🐞 Fixed: “Query Analysis” Row Action Label in Enterprise Admin”On Enterprise Admin › Account Management, the row action that opens the Query Analysis screen for a child account is now labeled Query Analysis. Previously, it was labeled Query Statistics, which did not match the name of the screen it opens.
