The Subscription screen displays information regarding your Fortified WISdom subscription. None of the data displayed in the Subscription Plan Details card is user-defined.
The following information is available:
- Plan Type displays your current subscription plan.
- Your plan defines features, data retention, and other capabilities. Standard plan types are Enterprise, and Standard. For more details on available plans and their features please see Fortified WISdom Pricing.
- Active Licenses displays the current number of licenses in use.
- Only active connections consume a license. To reclaim a license, delete or set the Data Collector to Unassigned in Collection - Resources
- Licensed Count displays the total number of licenses available to your account.
- Note for MSP customers: for child accounts, this will be the same as active licenses. See your parent account for this information.
- Service Start Date displays the date and time of the creation of the account.
- Service End Date displays the expiration date for the active license.
- Note that expiration pauses monitoring, but does not immediately erase any data.
The bottom of the screen has a button to send an email to our sales team to make any license requests or ask a question.
