The MSP Admin page offers a comprehensive overview of client accounts and data collector health information for the parent organization. It currently consists of two main sections:
Accounts
The Accounts section provides a summary of all accounts created under the parent account. Deleted accounts will no longer be visible on this page. If you need to restore a deleted account, please reach out to WISdom Support by emailing support@fortified.com with the account name.
Collector Health
The Collector Health section displays an overview of all data collectors for all clients. This screen allows for easy identification of any errors that require remediation. Deleted data collectors will not appear in the list, but all other created data collectors will be shown, regardless of whether they are enabled, disabled, or actively collecting data from targets. Please note that the account name displayed will be the Client account name for the account as created, not the Display Name that is editable. You may need to gather the acount name from the Admin Console - Account page for the Client in question.
