Notification Channels

The Notification Channels page is where notification channels or alerting pathways are created and managed. There are three categories of channels: Email Notification, SMS/Text Notification, and Ticketing System.

To add a new notification channel of any type, click the [+ Channel] button at the top-right corner of the card, and select the type of channel to create.

  • Email Notification - Requires a name and an email address.
  • SMS/Text Notification - Requires a name and a phone number. Configure the country code and type the phone number - numbers only. Formatting is automatic.
  • Ticketing System - Requires a name, the ticketing system, and Key:Value attributes.
    • Key:Value attributes are often account IDs etc.
    • Ticketing system must have been previously configured in Integration.
