The Collector Health screen in the MSP Admin module provides a comprehensive list of all configured Data Collectors for every Child account under the Parent account. This feature enables MSP Admin users to monitor all data collectors and quickly identify any areas of concern among their clients.
The information displayed on this screen mirrors that found in the Monitoring - Collector Health section but is expanded to include all data collectors for all Child accounts. The data is organized by two columns by default: first, it is sorted in descending order by the number of errors for each data collector, and second, it is sorted alphabetically by Data Collector name. Providing an easily navigatable table of data.
All columns in the data table are sortable and search bar is available to search by the Client and Collector Name. By clicking the action icon (three vertical dots) at the end of a row with errors, users can access a Collection Errors flyout that provides details about each error encountered by the collector.
