The Details tab lists every individual alert that fired within the selected time range and filters, giving you the complete event-level record behind the summary cards on the Overview tab.
Use the calendar widget to change the date range. The default range is the last seven (7) days.
Alerts can be filtered by Host, Instance, Alert Category, Severity, Alert, Alert Status, and Tag using the drop-down filters at the top of the screen. Filters are pre-selected automatically if you reach the Details tab by clicking through from a card or tile on the Overview tab.
Alert Summary
The same five summary cards shown on the Overview tab, Critical, Warning, Information, Noisy Alerts (30D), and Total Alerts, appear at the top of the Details tab and reflect the current filters and date range. See Alerts Overview for what each card shows, including how Noisy Alerts (30D) differs in scope from the others.

Alert Details Flyout
This flyout displays more details for the selected Alert event and is made up of two cards.
The top card is named with the Alert Name and displays the following fields:
- Alert ID — Unique identifier assigned to the alert event.
- Ticket ID — Ticket number generated by a ticketing integration, if one is associated with the alert. Displays N/A when the alert wasn't routed to a ticketing system, for example if it was sent by email instead.
- Ticket Duration — Elapsed time between the alert's Open Date and Close Date, as tracked by WISdom. This is not the close time reported by an integrated ticketing system.
- Resource — Name of the resource (Host or Instance) the alert is associated with.
- Open Date — Date and time the alert was triggered.
- Close Date — Date and time the alert condition stopped being met. Blank if the alert is still Open.
- Status — Current status of the alert. Open indicates the alert condition is still being met; Closed indicates the condition has subsided.
- Severity — Severity level associated with the alert.
- Object — Object name if applicable. Common examples include job names and disk drive letters. For alerts tied to a process that spans multiple objects, such as replication, this field may list each object involved.
- Alert Categories — Alert categories (if any) that the alert belongs to, shown as one or more badges.
- Tags — Tags associated with the resource. Click the icon to view the full list in a pop-up.
The Alert Message card displays the full, detailed message text associated with the alert.
