Alerts - Details

This table displays a list of the Alerts that have fired within the last seven (7) days (default).

Alerts

Use the drop-down filters to focus the data displayed by Server, Status, and Alert. Double-click the selection to exclude specific filters (displays an “X”). Information is displayed in a table format with sortable columns, as follows:

• The Status column displays the current st
• The ID column displays
• The Zendesk ID column displays
• The Server Name column displays
• The Open Date column displays
• The Close Date column displays
• The Duration column displays
• The Alert Name column displays
• The Platform column displays
• The Alert Instance column displays
• The Alert Details column displays

To view and/or copy the message text for an Alert, click the link in the Alert Details column in that row.
