2.4.1.1.3 Data Space Utilization
Displays information on the size of the Database(s) selected in the filters including the Space allocated and used for both Data and Transaction Log (TLOG)files.
The color-coded gauge chart displays the amount of space allocated to the database(s):
• The colored outer ring visually represents the space used for data files and the inner ring represents the space used for the transaction log files.
• Hover over the colored portion of a ring to view the percentage used for the corresponding data or transaction log file.
• Click on Data Space Reserved or TLOG Space Reserved to display a corresponding pop-up with a list of the Total size and Percentage used by the Database. The pop-out display may be sorted by clicking on a column header.
2.4.1.1.4 Datafiles by Free Space
Displays the number of (data) Files by the range of percentage Used.
The color-coded gauge chart displays the total number of data files:
• The colored rings visually represent the number of Files in each Percentage range.
• Hover over a colored portion of the ring to view the percentage range and number of corresponding files within that range.
• Click on the row to display a pop-up that lists, by Instance and Database, the File Name, File Type, Total File Size, and Percent Used. The pop-out display can be sorted by clicking on a column header.
• Click the Three-dot icon to export the data to Excel or display the data in a separate full screen window. The pop-out display may be sorted by clicking on a column header.
2.4.1.1.5 Transaction Logs by Free Space
Displays the number of (Transaction Log) Files by the range of percentage Used.
The color-coded gauge chart displays the total number of TLog files:
• The colored rings visually represent the number of Files in each Percentage range.
• Hovering over a colored portion of the ring to view the percentage range and number of corresponding files within the range.
• Click on the row to display a pop-up that lists, by Instance, Database and File Name, the File Type, Total File Size, and Percent Used. The pop-out display may be sorted by clicking on a column header.
• Click the Three-dot icon to export the data to Excel or display the data in a separate full screen window. The pop-out display may be sorted by clicking on a column header.
2.4.1.1.6 Annual Data Growth
Displays the size of both the allocated and used data in a shaded line graph for the selected database(s) over time. The growth percentage for both the allocated and used data is displayed as a percentage and calculated from the time monitoring started in WISdom or up to one full year.
• The color-coded line chart compares allocated growth to used growth. Hover the cursor over the lines to display discrete values by time.
• Click the Three-dot icon to export an image of the graph or display the chart in a separate window. Use the slide toggles to filter the display by either allocated or used growth.

Properties

Displays enabled database Features, Compatibility Modes, and Collations for the database(s) selected in the filter.

Features

Displays the number of Databases with a Feature enabled based on the selected filter(s). The Features evaluated are:
Availability Groups Enabled
Displays the total number of databases that are part of an Availability Group (AG), but does not display the number of AGs or the AG names.
Change Data Capture
Displays the number of databases that have this feature enabled.
Log Shipping Enabled
Displays the number of databases that have this feature enabled, but does not check if the Log Shipping jobs are enabled, have encountered any errors, or if a backup/restore has not occurred in some number of minutes.
Read Committed Snapshot Isolation
Displays the number of databases that have this feature enabled.
Replication Enabled
Displays the number of databases that have this feature enabled, but does not validate the Replication jobs are running or the status of the replication set up as viewed in the Replication Monitor.
